ABSTRACT

A Supply Chain is a system of various operations such as manufacturing, planning, logistics management. The products that are obtained from the suppliers are meant to transfer the goods and services to the customers safely without any interruptions. The whole process is taken by the supply chain management by proper designing and planning of the chain. These organizations have their own purposes and are often contradictory. The objective of marketing a high facility to the customer is to maximize the efforts of sales struggle with manufacturing and distribution objectives. Many manufacturing processes are planned to maximize and reduce costs with a minor discussion about the impact on stock levels and distribution capabilities. Employment contracts are often negotiated with very small information that goes beyond previous procurement patterns. The result of these aspects is that there is no single and integrated idea of the organization, there were many plans as there were companies. All these companies have to do is to combine all these mechanisms with these different functions. The integration can be achieved by the strategy that is followed by Supply chain Management.
