Wading Through the Waters of VUCA: A Review

ABSTRACT

The acronym VUCA, Volatility, uncertainty complexity and ambiguity are quickly gaining with the trade sector. The rapid pace of economic unrest and change in our business environment is throwing too many off balance to many administrations and their leaders as they fail to maintain progress with the vagina of a VUCA planet. In the ’VUCA Planets’, mutually pundits and officials have said, are the main happenings required for organisational operation. - The plan, as it is considered - is seen only as an exercise of futility. At this time, fame and current achievement do not translate to imminent success.
