Composition and Morphological properties of the F doped ZnO thin films

ABSTRACT

The simple and cost effective spray pyrolysis technique is used to for the F doped ZnO thin films. The fluorine doped thin films were deposited on preheated amorphous glass substrates at temperature 4500C. The dopant percentage of F is increased, the grain size is increased. The elements of O, Zn and F were found on surface of the FZO film.
