ABSTRACT
In this paper, the researchers analyzed several websites by finding out the promising elements that play an important role in a customer’s satisfaction on E-Commerce. In array to explore the occurrence, the researchers appraise the possible website rudiments that determine the correlation between website attributes and customer’s satisfaction in e-commerce. Ten items based on the questionnaire method using a five-point Likert scale were used. The findings were established by charts on the basis of which interpretations were deduced. The complete study concludes with suggestions and customization instructions to improve customer satisfaction in the sector of e-commerce.
