ABSTRACT

The foremost objective of this research paper is to find the efficacy of outrage handling procedure at the corporation level. The second rate objective of this research paper is to find out the awareness level of the employees about the outrage handling mechanism of the corporate and how much they are conscious about the grievance reparation mechanism of the firm. As per this research paper an attempt have been made to know the level of satisfaction of employees towards the outrage handling procedure at the corporate level. The type of research in this paper is descriptive in nature, which primarily focused in developing the concept of Grievance handling and in decision making as well. Primary data is specifically meant for analysis, which is collected with the help of questionnaire. Secondary data is also used in the research, which is collected from internet, and already done research.
