Work-Life Balance of Dual Career Couple

ABSTRACT

The study based on the understanding mutual proceeds and equitable growth in the work-life balance of dual-career couples. The learning from the scrutiny on the challenges and opportunities within dual-career couples has provided more empathy in the study. The main purposes of this study are to analyze how the dual-career couple has overcome their challenges by directly addressing deeper psychological and social forces. This study has provided essential information about how dual-career couples has get both physical and emotional needs, the partners may continue to live a happy working and personal life together. The information and data collected for the analysis have collected from different categorized secondary resources and multiple corporate reports from the past decade. The data and information are analysed through a quantitative approach using formal and actual parameters to recognize findings. At the end of the discussion, it has recognized that dual-career couples get a better advantage of providing their offspring with a better future, education and lifestyle.
