ABSTRACT
Visualizing the centrality of subject, the reason for explore is to discover what is the present province of HIV/AIDS issue in India and what measures have been taken and were ought to be taken further to manage the issue. This will also consider the role of all the stake holders, although it involves socio-economic aspect, the main focus would remain on the law and the legal mechanism. A topic of global, national, and local relevance is the focus of this research. The pandemic is switching advancement gains, denying a huge number of individuals of their lives, broadening the hole among rich and poor, and breaking youngsters’ chances for solid grown-up lives. The legislature of India propelled a National AIDS Control Programmed in 1987. The present study will be useful to the government, NGOs and other institutions. Researchers will find the same to be incredibly beneficial. Future theories may benefit from this research. As the first of its kind, it might serve as a starting point for future research to see if the economic ramifications have changed over time. This is an important area for further analysis as a result of changes in, level of awareness, policy policies, budgetary and nonmonetary aid, recommendations for tranquilization / care, total cost of treatment for basic items, and so on.
