ABSTRACT

Artificial intelligence (AI) is defined as any intellect demonstrated by a machine, robotic, and any other device apart from a person. The relevance of artificial intelligence in social media advertising is discussed in this study. This research explores the adoption of artificial intelligence in marketing, as well as the benefits and drawbacks connected with the usage of AI-powered online marketing. The study does secondary research to determine how organizations profit from the early use of artificial intelligence in their enterprises, and it believes that AI is becoming an unavoidable need for any marketer seeking to gain a competitive advantage over their competitors. Thus, it recommends firms to embrace artificial intelligence techniques, and in particularly, marketing managers are inspired to share AI training a requirement for their marketers.
