ABSTRACT
People’s attitudes have been steadily shifting as they have begun to tolerate premarital sex or live-in relationships, yet it has been heavily condemned as a violation of religious customs. It’s a type of cohabit in which a couple may live together without having to marry. It’s a method for a couple to learn more about one other before being married or even before they get married. In nations like India, people believe that a connection between a husband and wife is legal, however a relationship between two people who are not married is deemed unconstitutional in the public’s view. A live-in relationship is a kind of partnership in which couples may test their compatibility to see whether they are a good match for one other, and if they aren’t, they can immediately end the relationship without having to go through the lengthy process of divorce. During this investigation, we’ll be focusing on a certain law that governs live in relationship.
