ABSTRACT

Superior approaches for the recruitment and selection of Employees contributes better organizational outcomes. With reference to the above-mentioned context, the paper on tactics to recruit and select the candidate has been prepared to epitomize the process and approaches of recruitment and selection processes in Bhutan. To identify general practices that the Ministry of Education use to recruit and select principal and vice principal is the core objective and the general guidelines for the recruitment and selection is prepared by the Royal Civil Service Commission for all the Civil Services. The Human Resource Division of the Ministry of Education work collaboratively with the RCSC to recruit and select, with the aimto have an effective recruitment and selection processes, providing equal opportunities to all the teachers in enhancing their career through fair and open competition without sex, race, language and any other discriminations, So that the right candidate would be recruited for the right post andboost professionalism in the Civil service.
