ABSTRACT

This review paper deals with the influences of “Career decision self efficacy” on adolescents’ satisfaction level of Scholastic, Career and Life. This paper is developed on the findings of the previous researches. “Career decision self efficacy” is the self-belief of person’s potential to connect in learning, career planning and choice making. The other aspect of “Career decision self efficacy” that it has affirmative significant effect on the adolescents’ satisfaction level of Scholastic, Career and Life. Many researchers suggested to emphasis on the enrichment of “career decision self efficacy”along with the learners.
