ABSTRACT

Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment has always been a debatable issue amongst Academician, Industry practitioners and researchers. These not only affect the employees but have a great impact on consumer services and overall profitability of the organization. Negative customer satisfaction and meagre services rendered by employees not only adversely affect the overall health of the organization but also can be a big hindrance in the continued existence and sustainability of the Establishment. The problem becomes more complicated in Hospitality industry where major activities revolve around human. Therefore, it becomes imperative for the Hospitality organizations to keep their employees satisfied and committed so that they could deliver best services to the consumers, which is ultimate goal of the organization.
