ABSTRACT
The Indian economy has just been sputtering for a while. India has been prevented from enjoying a time of rapid growth because the nation has been unable to gather momentum in its growth rate. To transition from a developing to a developed economy, India must make some bold moves. This paper focuses on the structural issues plaguing the Indian economy, recognises how important it is to solve them since failure to do so will impede the nations ability to thrive economically, and makes some recommendations for legislative solutions.
