ABSTRACT

Let reflect on our thoughts. Are we contented and pleased with whomever we are today? Do we judge and criticize people for exerting happiness? Are we gentle, sensitive, compassionate, and loving toward others? Do we know who we are in reality? In a relationship setting, can we establish a distinct and reliable sense of who we are as a person? Can we access and use the innermost resources that give us the ability to care, put up with, and adapt? Be true to yourself! We are energetic creatures in a universe full of energy, and the time in which we currently exist has been characterized as an excruciating agony. We all have specific conditions that must be overcome to reach more significant states of consciousness, contentment, comprehension, and knowledge. As we interact with the physical world, and we start to let go of our attachment to our external identities and "material possession," We know our inner self better; it is like shedding the upper layer of skin to get a brand new shiny one that can help us better utilize the discerning talent, genuine happiness, and many other spiritual abilities, we already have. And that what Spiritual Intelligence does! People can sense a bond with their inner-self, a higher power, or a sacred being. It can significantly impact mental health with respect to its relationship with happiness. Spiritual intelligence is the ability to contemplate the purpose of life and the universe in which we exist. It provides a complete picture of human intelligence, enhancing people capacity to establish spiritual connections with divinities and other powerful beings. In this paper, the authors have highlighted what spiritual intelligence is, its roots, principles, and critical points, and how it helps one to develop happiness within oneself and creates a sense of self-satisfaction and contentment in one life.
