ABSTRACT
Readmission rates for heart failure (HF) continue to be a chronic concern, and as a result, both healthcare costs and the burden placed on patients have increased. The goal of this meta-analysis is to examine the efficacy of various interventions for avoiding heart failure (HF)-related hospital readmissions. In this research we use different methods of intervention and provide an overview of the current state of knowledge by conducting a literature study and analyzing the relevant published research. This meta-analysis provides helpful information for healthcare practitioners who are trying to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare expenditures by increasing the usage of therapies that have been shown to be effective.
