ABSTRACT

Employer branding has emerged as a critical concept in todays competitive business landscape, representing an organizations efforts to position it as an attractive employer and cultivate a positive reputation among potential and current employees. This research paper explores the constituents of employer branding, its significance, challenges faced by leaders in implementing effective employer branding strategies, and provides recommendations to overcome these challenges. The importance of employer branding is discussed, highlighting its impact on attracting and retaining top talent, enhancing employee engagement and productivity, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ultimately, influencing the organizations overall performance and competitiveness. However, leaders face various challenges in effectively implementing employer branding strategies. To overcome these challenges, several recommendations are proposed. Leaders are encouraged to conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand their organizations current employer brand perception and identify areas for improvement.
