ABSTRACT

This research focuses on the humanization of digital interfaces and examines its influence on the user experience. The main aim of this research is to understand how the humanization of digital interfaces can influence the user experience and act on user behaviors and judgments. Many research on IHEVI reveal that humanizing digital interfaces makes interaction more personalized, empathetic and tailored to users needs, and therefore has a positive impact on the user experience. However, the results of this quantitative study indicate that there is no significant relationship between the perception of non-instrumental qualities and the user experience in the context of GPT Chat. A quantitative study was conduct to evaluate the impact of these features on the user experience by investigating how they affect user reactions and emotions towards digital interfaces. The study analyze the impact of these variables on user behavior and identify aspects of human traits such as reuse intent, recommendation to other users, continued engagement, and loyalty to digital interfaces. Finally, te study shows how these variables affect user behavior. Based on these results, businesses can develop strategies to drive digital interface adoption and improve user experience and user satisfaction.
