ABSTRACT
Due to technological advancements and a rising understanding of the need for more efficient and individualized learning experiences, the subject of education has undergone considerable changes recently. Tertiary education is especially important for guiding students careers and giving them the skills, they need to succeed in the workforce. Institutions of higher learning are looking at novel ways to optimize tertiary education to meet the ever-changing demands of todays students. This article aims to explore the concept of optimizing tertiary education through the fusion of intelligent and hybrid learning models; it also examines the role of intelligence in education, including the uses and advantages of AI in tertiary education; it presents case studies and success stories of institutions that have embraced fusion models, demonstrating the impact on student learning outcomes; and evaluate the potential of hybrid intelligent learning on students academic performance. To assess the model testing technique created, the researchers used a hybrid learning model. The findings included enhanced learning outcomes, education that was in line with business needs, intelligence potential, and hybrid learning models. The advantages of fusion models are further illustrated by case studies and success stories. Additionally, it displays how the system supports students learning, as seen by academic performance data. Therefore, developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning, the incorporation of virtual and augmented reality, the growth of adaptive learning, the development of skills, and the promotion of perpetual and continuous learning will all have an impact on fusion models in higher education.
