ABSTRACT
Artificial intelligence and Blockchains have ushered in transformative changes, unleashing enormous potential for exponential growth and development in various aspects of human life, including social coexistence and task efficiency. However, the uncertainty and intricate outcomes associated with this new technologies necessitate collaboration among all stakeholders to establish internationally recognized legal and ethical standards and effective solutions. There is need for a more robust international perspectives in tandem with the AI and Blockchain revolutions including robotics, automation, Artificial Intelligence personhood, intellectual property rights, control, and the role of AI in weaponry and related research.
This paper focuses on the crucial issue of legal responsibility for artificially intelligent or Blockchained computer systems. Also, the present practical legal limitations are being studied with suitable solutions. Further it is meant to serve as an essential roadmap towards a data ecosystem for all countries to develop international legislative framework.
The scientific principles and laws employed for AI and Blockchain developments have a potential to pave the way for establishing a new international legal framework so as to guide actions, promote technology beneficial safe usage for universal harmony, better humanity, the environment, and address conflicts while preventing unforeseen circumstances. Though, as it is premature to codify laws governing these new technologies, the authors aim to examine the international legal perspectives of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain s technologies in this paper. This paper aims to empower the existing legal system to effectively address upcoming international judiciary challenges posed by artificial intelligence. As these technologies continue to evolve and cross borders, legal frameworks need to adapt to address their unique characteristics. This paper finally covers the major key challenges related to AI and Blockchain s on the international levels and their probable potential solutions.
