This research endeavors to delve into the preferred emerging media options utilized for marketing, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. In the contemporary era dominated by the Internet, a plethora of new methods for product promotion and marketing have emerged. What was once termed "desk research" has transformed into "online research", enabling market research to be conducted online. Many Indian pharmaceutical companies are leveraging digital marketing to gain competitive advantage. Social media platforms have rapidly gained prominence, offering avenues for communication and content sharing. The evolution of information technology, coupled with advancements in digital communication tools, has prompted businesses to revolutionize their communication strategies. The digital marketing communications strategy encompasses a spectrum of digital communication media tailored to engage with target audiences effectively.
