While talent management primarily focuses on the area of employee retention, training, and development in addition to enhancing overall organisational productivity and performance, Industry 4.0 is a period of digital revolution that assumes the unification and automation of processes in the personal area with respect to data collection, information analysis, evaluation, training, performance enhancement, and decision making. Organizations that are adaptable to changing environments, such as "covid -19," have succeeded while other organisations that were not flexible failed in their business. To put it simply, we can say that organisations that are adaptable to changing environments, have a planned or emergent course of action, achieve their organizations mission and vision. Different organisations with similar opportunities and resources perform differently. The Covid-19 case has amply illustrated the necessity for modifications and changes to the organization existent talent management system. Instead of working/following and implementing traditional strategy, ?rms misunderstand the environment and develop strategies to fit the environmental dynamism. The environment in which the businesses are operating is not static but rather is dynamic, and the role of technology cannot be neglected, especially in terms of applications of talent management with respect to industry 4.0. The main objective of the paper is to explore the changes that "Industry 4.0" and its breadth have had on many aspects of talent management. The research paper concentrates on the process of implementing changes from the perspective of an organization in relation to the present necessity to apply changes in order to achieve desired objectives, also the challenges in terms of implementation of technology and talent management components.
