ABSTRACT

Purpose The research aims to shed light on the current working policies and procedures of employees in Raipurs private banking sector. Fair Compensation, a safe and healthy work environment, proper performance appraisal, career progression possibilities, training and development, etc. are a few important elements that affect the quality of work life. The balance between job, non-work, and family responsibilities is supported by QWL. In other words, working hours, including overtime labour, work at inconvenient times, business travel, transfers, vacations, etc., shouldnt interfere with family life or social life. Design/Methodology The current paper uses Descriptive analysis was utilized to analyze various other aspects of the variables under study. The authors interviewed respondents from private banking sectors in the State of Chhattisgarh. For this study, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS - Version 21) was adopted as an analytical tool to analyze the data. Quality and Quantity of Work The concept of life has recently gained in popularity. In essence, it discusses ways that a firm might guarantee an employees overall wellbeing rather than merely concentrating on work-related issues. A persons life cannot be segmented; any disruption in his or her personal life will have an impact on his or her work life, and vice versa. Findings Our study provides important implications for regulators to develop Fin-Tech and maintain financial stability in emerging banking sectors. The authors find that Fintech services, specifically mobile money, play a significant role in reducing uncertainty surrounding business operations. Fin-Tech also offers growth possibilities and creates social value by providing transactional security, convenience and reducing physical cash robberies. This paper is based on the information given by the private sector Bank’s Employees and through questionnaire filled by the employees taking some of the top ranked private sector banks of Raipur region of Chhattisgarh state.
