ABSTRACT

Abstract Human Resource Management (HRM) is a discipline that has benefited greatly from the introduction of digital technologies. DHRM operations will be carried out using mobile devices, electronic media, online social networks, and information technology (information technology). Due to these advantages, HRM will become increasingly important in the present setting. Digital HRM may replace human labour with computer code, mobile apps, and the internet. By maximising the use of Social, Mobile, Analytics, and Cloud (SMAC) tools, Digital Human Resource will help businesses guarantee that their assumptions and expectations inside the company are leading to positive actions. Human resource management (HRM) will be more effective and timelier in the future if it is digitalized. Human resource management (HRM) globally will fall far behind organisational needs without digital revolution. This study makes an effort to shed light on how digital HRM might boost business results. This study relies on secondary sources for its data.
