ABSTRACT

The rise of globalization and the flawless operation of supply chains across industries have contributed to an increase in the level of competition on the international stage. Problems have arisen for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) as a result of the limited pooling of resources across different companies. Supply chain management software have recently captured their attention due to the fact that they facilitate the smooth flow of inventory. A full understanding of supply chain collaboration (SCC) in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in developing nations, particularly in Pakistan, has received a negligible amount of attention. This study analyzes the antecedent effects of collaborative culture on supply chain collaboration and further investigates the direct effect of supply chain collaboration (SCC) on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) enterprises (both financial and non-financial) in developing nations.
