ABSTRACT

Art has historically been esteemed as a worldwide vehicle for communication and expression, rendering it an indispensable asset for augmenting language instruction and acquisition. This project investigates the use of artistic practices into language education to foster interesting, inclusive, and successful learning experiences. Integrating many art forms, including visual arts, music, drama, storytelling, and creative writing, into the language curriculum enables educators to cultivate a comprehensive and immersive learning environment that transcends traditional teaching approaches. Art-based methodologies foster creativity in learners, augment critical thinking abilities, and elevate emotional involvement, facilitating a profound connection to the language and culture being studied. The study emphasizes the significance of art in enhancing vocabulary acquisition, advancing linguistic competency, and fostering intercultural comprehension. It utilizes interdisciplinary frameworks, case studies, and classroom interventions to illustrate how art may accommodate various learning styles and mitigate language acquisition obstacles. The study examines the capacity of art to enhance learners confidence, promote teamwork, and cultivate an awareness for cultural diversity, which are vital in the contemporary globalized context. The research promotes the adoption of art-based pedagogy as a transformative technique that improves language learning results while fostering personal and intellectual development in learners through the integration of theoretical ideas and practical applications.
