ABSTRACT
In the dynamic landscape of modern business, organizational agility is a critical factor for sustaining competitive advantage. This paper explores the integration of data-driven decision-making (DDDM) practices to foster agility within organizations. By analyzing case studies from diverse industries, we investigate how leveraging predictive analytics, real-time data, and advanced statistical models enhances strategic responsiveness and operational flexibility. The findings suggest that organizations adopting DDDM experience improved decision accuracy, faster adaptation to market changes, and heightened innovation potential. Practical implications and a roadmap for implementing DDDM frameworks are discussed to guide managers and researchers in aligning data strategies with organizational goals.
