ABSTRACT

This study examines the impact of interdisciplinary collaboration on innovation outcomes in organizational settings. Utilizing statistical analysis of survey data from 200 global firms, we assess how knowledge-sharing practices between diverse teams influence the development of novel products, processes, and services. The research identifies key factors such as communication channels, team diversity, and leadership support that mediate the relationship between collaboration and innovation. The findings underscore the importance of fostering cross-disciplinary interactions to achieve higher levels of creative output, offering actionable recommendations for cultivating an innovation-driven organizational culture.
