ABSTRACT

Of the most fascinating aspects of the modern information age is the lightning-fast growth of ICT, especially the Internet. There is a growing trend of using ICT to better ones life via improved productivity and efficiency. Educators sense of competence is tied to their ability to adapt to an educational system that is always evolving in response to technological advances. The current study aimed to examine the impact of an ICT course on pre-service teachers perceptions of their own abilities as educators. Fifty aspiring teachers education majors took part in the research. Preservice teachers levels of Teacher self-Efficacy (TSE) were observed to increase after participation in an ICT programme. Here, we also built the Significance Level, Variable Value, and Decision Tree metrics.
