ABSTRACT

The current study discusses, in a straightforward and accessible manner, the management of human resources in service companies where personnel is important to the implementation of policies, goals, and objectives. They are crucial to an organizations success since they are the source of its creative and productive energy. The paper covers topics such as career planning and the several steps involved in building a successful professional resume. It considers how a persons employment has changed through time, focusing on four distinct phases: exploration (the trying out of various positions), establishment (settling into a routine), maintenance (staying the course), and decline (leaving the workforce altogether).
