ABSTRACT
Human Resource Management (HRM) has greatly reaped the benefits of incorporating digital technologies. The execution of Digital HRM (DHRM) tasks is facilitated through mobile devices, electronic media, online social networks, and information technology. As a consequence of these advantages, HRMs significance is escalating within the current landscape. The potential exists for Digital HRM to potentially replace human labor with computer code, mobile applications, and internet-based solutions. Through the optimized utilization of Social, Mobile, Analytics, and Cloud (SMAC) tools, Digital Human Resource practices contribute to ensuring that corporate assumptions and internal expectations translate into positive actions. The future effectiveness and timeliness of Human Resource Management can be substantially enhanced through its digitalization. Without embracing the digital revolution, global Human Resource Management could fall considerably short of meeting organizational requirements. This study aims to elucidate the potential of digital HRM in enhancing business outcomes, drawing upon secondary sources as its data foundation.
